29 January, the perfect day for a little brain exercise

January 29 of every year is observed as the National Puzzle day. We all enjoy puzzles be it – jigsaw, sudoku, brain teasers, etc. Recent studies have shown that puzzles have a unique stimulating effect on our brain that improves memory and cognitive abilities. The study also suggests that this improves a person’s problem-solving ability and can act as a stress buster. The peak puzzle sales in the world were all during the economic depression proving the point.

Get your hands on a puzzle and solve it. It’s a good day to start and try doing this on a regular basis to improve your brain efficiency.

Happy Puzzle Day
