This movie talks about the same where two people finally marry and welcome a bunch of kids into a family and every day is a day of the war.

This movie is the third part of the original. Cheaper by the Dozen released back in 2003 is an American family comedy movie helmed by Shawn Levy. It stars the likes of Steve Martin and Bonnie Hunt who portrayed their role as a married couple. When the first movie was released on December 25, 2003,  it was a box office hit collecting over $190 million across the globe against a budget of $40 million. However, the movie received critical reviews.

In 2005, a sequel to the original movie was released in the US on December 21, 2005, directed by Adam Shankman and starring Steve Marin, Bonnie Hunt, Hilary Duff, Alyson Stoner, Piper Perabo, and Tom Welling. The movie managed to collect $135 million across the globe against a budget of $60 million.

The original movie is a remake of the movie of the exact title which was released in 1950 directed by Walter Lang, featuring Clifton Webb and Myrna Loy as the married couple and parents to 12 kids. That movie was inspired by the semi-autobiographical book in 1948 by siblings Frank Bunker Gilbreth Jr. and Ernestine Gilbreth Carey who wrote about their memories and how they were raised by their parents with ten other siblings.

It was confirmed that a third movie of Cheaper by the Dozen is in development for Disney+ starring Zack Barff and Gabrielle Union who will be portraying the married couple. The reboot will bring us a racially mixed family rather than a blood-related family which we’ve already seen in many movies. The upcoming movie will be set in modern times. The official synopsis indicates that the family comedy movie will revolve around the family of twelve as they carry on with their daily lives and hectic home life while managing their family business.
