Karan Johar is soon returning with a brand new season of the popular talk show ‘Koffee with Karan.’ Karan has hosted 6 seasons in the past and the seventh season will be streamed on Disney Plus Hotstar on July 7th. One could easily call it the most controversial show in the industry and many try to avoid coming to the show, Karan has come up with a brand new promo highlighting the same.
In the new promotional video posted by Karan, it is seen that the filmmaker teases the fans by saying everybody loves the show, soon he recollects the ‘ban the show’, ‘boycott kjo’ trends and trolls slamming him and the show, Karan soon agrees that not everyone is excited and waiting for the show. He adds that everybody in the Industry wants to appear on the show and what follows is hilarious. Karan is seen pleading, begging, and bribing the celebrities to come on the chat show.
Karan tries to bribe over the phone call by promising not 2 but 3 hampers, he also says that the hampers can be sold and they are quite expensive. He then pleads the stars by saying, ‘We are best friends, ‘I launched you yaar.’ Karan also tries convincing them by saying no personal questions will be asked, ‘we will just talk about environment.’ It is seen that everyone hangs up the phone and nobody dares to come to his talk show. Karan Johar towards the end says, “Screw it, I’m still gonna brew it! You can love me. yo can hate me, but you are never gonna get enough of Koffee with Karan.”
