Check The Latest Update In The Twitter-Musk Battle

The Twitter-Musk row is still ongoing. As per yesterday’s court ruling, Twitter Inc must provide Elon Musk with papers from a former Twitter official who Musk claims was a major player in determining the number of false accounts on the network.

As per the ruling from Delaware Court of Chancery Chancellor Kathaleen McCormick, Twitter was ordered to gather, evaluate, and deliver records from former General Manager of Consumer Product Kayvon Beykpour.

The Tesla CEO accused Twitter of fraud earlier this month for misrepresenting the number of actual active users on its platform, a charge that Twitter has refuted. The company wants him to complete the acquisition at a price of $54.20 per share after accusing him of breaking the terms of his agreement to do so. Official statements are awaited.
