Comicstaan is a series that is loved by the fans. It is a type of a reality show where different comedians come and participate in the contest. They perform different types of comedy performances and they are judged on all of them. There were 6 judges in the first two seasons. Zakir Khan, the fan favorite is also a part of the judge panel. The best part is that at the end of the episodes the judges also perform an act of their own.
The first two seasons were a hit and all the comedians in the first two seasons have gotten famous and they have made their career out of that. Some of those comedians are Akash Gupta, Prashasti Singh, Samay Raina, and many more. The viewers also like the show as it provides lots of laughs to the viewers and who does not like laughing and being happy.
Comicstaan Season 2 was released in 2019 and now after 3 years, Comicstaan is back with its third season. Amazon Prime Video had made the announcement on its social media handles a few days ago and they announced it with a poster and also the release date of the show. The trailer of the show had also been released by Amazon Prime Video a couple of days ago and fans couldn’t be more excited to see their favorite comedians again.
The show has eight contestants who will be guided by seven mentors across varied genres of comedy with 4 judges. Produced by Only Much Louder (OML) and hosted by Abish Mathew and Kusha Kapila, ‘Comicstaan’ Season 3 will have Zakir Khan, Sumukhi Suresh, Neeti Palta and Kenny Sebastian as the judges. The contestants will be mentored by Rahul Subramanian, Sapan Verma, Rohan Joshi, Prashasti Singh, Kannan Gill, Aadar Malik and Anu Menon.
The show was marked to release on 15th July which is today and so the Show is now Streaming on Amazon Prime Video. The new season consists of 8 episodes in which is last episode will be the finale and will decide the winner of this season.
