1). Mexican Rice

Add butter in a saucepan with some cinnamon, sugar, and vanilla then add some flour to own and mix wisely cook until the flour turn in dough then give it time to cool, once it’s cool enough to touch add an egg and water until the dough is in consistency to fill in a piping bag after this fill the mixture in a piping bag and pipe them out in stat right line shape. And refrigerate them for 2mins. After this fry them until they turn golden brown. Right after rinsing them out from oil sprinkle sugar and cinnamon powder so it can stick to them.
