England has Named Jos Buttler as Their New White Ball Captain, Check out Details

Eoin Morgan had been struggling with poor form and fitness problems for quite some time. He had scored only two half-centuries in his last 28 international innings in limited-overs cricket. In a recent series against Netherlands he went for two ducks in two matches and did not play the third match. He led England for  over 7 years in limited overs cricket. He announced his retirement two days ago.

The official page of England Cricket has announced that Jos Buttler is the new limited overs captain of England cricket. He will lead England in all white ball matches. Looking at his form Jos Buttler is the perfect candidate for being the captain of England. Buttler has played exceptionally well in the IPL and also against the series against Netherlands.

England will now face India in a Test match and 3 Match ODI series and also a 3 match T20 series in England. England will be playing with new captains in all formats as Ben Stokes is also a new captain and has captained England in just one series and Jos Buttler has been just announced as captain and while captain England for the first time against India.

India will also be playing the Test with a new captain, Jasprit Bumrah, as Rohit Sharma has been ruled out of the Test match due to Covid-19. It will be interesting to see how these new captains lead their  team in a historic test match.
