India Vs England 5th Test, Check Out all The Big News from Day 2 of the Test

The Indian Cricket Team is now in England for their Test, ODI and T20 Series there. There will be 1 Test which is a rescheduled Test from 2021 which was abandoned due to Covid-19. There will be 3 ODI and 3 T20s in the series. The Test is in Birmingham and it is a big match for both the teams. England has been winning the Pataudi Series Trophy since 2011.

In The Test Series in 2021, 4 matches took place successfully and India won 2 of them and England won 1 while the one remaining was drawn. The 5th and Final Test which is rescheduled from last year has started. The match is being played in Birmingham and the fans could not be  more excited for the match as it is a historic match and it is very important for both the teams to win the match.

The Day 1 of the match end up with India taking up the edge on England in Edgbaston. At the end of Day 1 India was at 338/7 with Shami and Jadeja batting and Rishabh Pant has been dismissed at the score of 146. India was at a very good position. On Day 2, Jadeja also brought up his century with Jasprit Bumrah adding the cherryon the cake. Bumrah created a world record while batting as he scored 35 runs in a single over to Stuart Broad which is the highest in an over in Test Cricket history.

India was all out at 416 and then England came into bat and kept losing wickets. The match kept stopping due to rain and the players were getting frustrated. The decision of bowling first has been bad for England. Jasprit Bumrah is perfectly playing his role as the captain as he scored 33 runs and also took 3 wickets yesterday. England’s score was 84/5 at the end of Day 2 where Jasprit Bumrah took 3 wicket and Siraj and Shami took a wicket each.
