Summerfest
It is an annual music festival held in downtown Milwaukee, Wisconsin. It started in 1968. Summerfest attracts approximately eight lakh people every year promoting itself as the world’s largest music festival title by the Guinness World records in 1999. During this festival, 75-acre park hosts performances over 11 days. This festival usually takes place from June until early July. Approximately 1,000 performances are performed on almost 12 stages.
Woodstock
This music festival is held in New York. It is usually held in August. This festival has become widely regarded as the pivotal movement in popular music history as well as a defining event for the counter culture generation. In 2004, it was ranked at number 19 out of 50 moments that changed the history of Rock and roll by rolling stock, and in 2017, its site is listed on the National register of historic places.
Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival
It is commonly called as the Coachella Festival, held at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California in Coachella Valley in the Colorado desert. It was first organized in 1999 by golden voice. This is one of the largest, most famous and the most profitable music festivals in the United States and the world. This festival is usually attended by 2,50,000 people every year approximately.
