Rohit Sharma is the Captain of the Indian Cricket Team in all formats. Only few players in the past have achieved this feat. He is currently 35 years old and has been playing cricket for Indian since 15 years. Today marks 15 years of Rohit Sharma in International Cricket. He made his debut on 23rd June in 2007. He was also included in the T20 World Cup team that year.

Rohit Sharma made his debut in a One Day match against Ireland. He did not get to bat in his first match but after that we all know how he created history by his performance in cricket. He is popularly known as Hitman by his fans for his awesome hitting skills.

Rohit Sharma has 46 in Tests, 48.6 in ODI’s, and 32.17 in T20’s. He has a world record in his name too, as he scored 264 runs in an ODI match and that is the highest score in ODI cricket. He has scored 3 double centuries in ODI cricket and that is an unbelievable achievement by any player and all the players in international and domestic cricket dream to do that for their team one day.

In  2019 World Cup, when Rohit Sharma was in his prime form, he scored 5 centuries in just that single tournament. It was a heartbreaking to lose the series but 5 centuries in a World Cup tournament is another record as no one has ever done that.
