India’s Test vice-captain Rohit Sharma was ruled out of the entire three-match Test series against South Africa as his left hamstring injury resurfaced during a training session in Mumbai where he also took a hit on his hand. Only last week, Rohit had replaced Ajinkya Rahane as the Vice-Captain of the Indian Test team. BCCI announced that India A captain Prinyank Panchal will replace the Indian opener for the test series in South Africa.
