Ranbir Kapoor: Best of Ranbir Kapoor’s performances

Ranbir Kapoor is the most popular name of Bollywood from the past few years. He’s a brilliant actor and has won hearts with his excellent performances over these years. Ranbir Kapoor has become the favourite of many. Every character he played had a great impact on us. Let’s make this piece of an appreciation post for the actor by taking a look at some of his most loved characters.

• Ved from Tamasha

Ved, a born storyteller who’s trapped in the Millenials routine faces mental breakdowns and other mental issues. Ved is one of my favourite fictional characters, he has in some ways has portrayed all of us, who are struggling daily to be recognised in a world where we don’t belong. Ved encourages us to choose what we love, to choose what makes us happy. The characters have beautifully written and even beautifully portrayed by Ranbir Kapoor.

• Sid from Wake Up Sid

Sid is a daddy’s boy, a spoiled brat who lives on his father money. Sid is just graduated and after clashes with his father he moves out to become something but he doesn’t have any clue how life treats you. Every teenager and all the people who once were teenagers can relate to the character as no one knows how to deal with real-life problems. But in the movie Sid teaches us that one can change things if we believe in ourselves and our skills. Sid character shows us how you can turn your hobbies and interests into a job and shows the struggles of real life.

• Bunny from Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani

Bunny, the most playful and mischievous character played by Ranbir Kapoor. We all dream what Bunny dreams of in the movie. We all want to travel the world, to experience new things, to explore more. And Bunny has become an inspiration for us.

• Jordan from Rockstar

Rockstar is one of the best movies by Ranbir Kapoor. He played Janardan aka Jordan an aspiring singer. Heartbreak leads him to his goal but also becomes the reason for his destruction. Seeing Jordon sing on the stage after Heer, the love of his life has left him forever I felt goosebumps and it’s one of the most impactful performances of Ranbir Kapoor.

• Barfi from Barfi

Barfi, even without saying a single word Ranbir Kapoor stole our heart with his incredible acting. Barfi is autistic but a really sweet and kind person. Ranbir’s performance in this film is remarkable.

• Sanjay Dutt from Sanju

The most incredible performance of Ranbir Kapoor. It was really tricky to actually trick the audience to believe that Ranbir Kapoor is Sanjay Dutt as we have seen the original Sanjay Dutt for years. But Ranbir Kapoor did a great job and he didn’t just look like Sanjay Dutt but for some time I actually forgot that it’s Ranbir Kapoor playing Sanju Baba.
