TATA IPL 2022: MI and RR Players meet their ex team-mates and Friends before their next match

MI vs RR is scheduled on 2nd April, Saturday.

The TATA IPL has started and teams are competing against each other to make their way to the playoffs. Former friends and team mates have become rivals of each other and fans supporting their favorite teams have also turned up against each other. The biggest festival of India as taken a toll over the people’s minds. The environment is full of joy and tension for their favorite teams and the players are working hard to help their teams register for the playoffs.

Between all the fights and rivalries, the players are friends of each other too. The match that will be played tomorrow is a huge example of that. Tomorrow, there is a double header, on 2nd April and the first match will be played between, Mumbai Indians and Rajasthan Royals. Several players in the teams are either friends or ex-teammates or play with each other in their international teams.

Yesterday, both the social media handles of Mumbai Indians and Rajasthan Royals posted tweets and posts of these players getting back together and chilling and having a great time with each other at the ground. Friends have become foes in this match.

Some examples of these friends are, Kieron Pollard and Fabian Allen who play for Mumbai Indians met Shimron Hetmyer who plays for Rajasthan Royals in the IPL. Lasith Malinga met several of his friends and ex-teammates as he played for the Mumbaiย  Indians in previous seasons. He also was seen having a great time with Mahela Jaywardhane and Kumar Sangakara who were together in the international of Sri Lanka once.

It was great seeing all of these players together and sharing a unique bong that is of Friendship before match and of Rivals during match. This is the beauty of the IPL.
