The Tata Nexon base variant has now been upgraded to the XZ/XZ+ quality with upgraded features. Numerous changes have been made in this process. Minda Kosei alloy wheels are used instead of the steel wheels. Chrome line door visors and news roofs are also been added by the manufacturer which are both from Galio. A sleek-looking shark fin has been added and the stock antenna has been removed. Their housings have been given the same silver inserts as the top-spec trims whereas the LED fog lamps have been added. It continues to house the to turn on the indicators which interestingly is not available in higher varaints of Nexon. The car has been given a premium look by painting silver the tri-allow elements on the grille, along with faux skid plated at the bottom. Some changes have also been made into the interior of the car. There is a parcel tray added into the boot. Also 7D floor mats have been installed. The controls of the rear windows have been replaced by the aftermarket power operated controls. A classy looking centre armrest which enables a small storage place,ashtray,cupholder as well as multiple USB charging ports. Central locking, infotainment system and rear parking camera aren’t offered in Nexon’s base variant. But this is not the case with XZ and XZ+ variant. The infotainment system consists of a 10 inch Android touchscreen and JBL audio system. The final product looks quite impeccable, smart and also has a style quotient.
