TWICE, ENHYPEN, And SEVENTEEN Earn Gold RIAJ Certifications In Japan

The most recent round of official certifications has been released by the Recording Industry Association of Japan (RIAJ)!

The RIAJ stated on August 10 that TWICE’s most recent Japanese album, “Celebrate,” had earned an official gold certification for shipping more than 100,000 copies in less than a month.

Albums are certified gold at 100,000 units shipped and platinum at 250,000, according to the RIAJ’s certification requirements.

TWICE has the most K-pop girl group albums with the most official RIAJ certifications (17), and “Celebrate” is their 17th album to receive this honour.
Along with receiving an official gold certification, ENHYPEN’s most recent Korean mini album, “MANIFESTO: DAY 1,” continued the group’s unbroken trend of having all of its Korean albums recognised in Japan. The freshly repackaged album “SECTOR 17” by SEVENTEEN also earned an official gold certification for shipping over 100,000 copies in the first month of release.
