Xiaomi is all set to launch Xiaomi Watch Color 2 and Smartphone Civi on 27 September.
Xiaomi is India’s largest smartphone brand for the last 4 years. It has also became the world’s largest smartphone brand surpassing both Apple and Samsung. The brand has also launched smartwatches and now it’s all set to lauch it’s brand new product Xiaomi Watch Color 2 and smartphone Xiaomi Civi.
The company announced that the new series will be aimed at younger customers and the phones will feature a slim build and emphasise on camera performance.
The brand official confirmed that this will be the first device in the lineup will sport a 32MP selfie cam with autofocus. This combination would be the first on a Xiaomi phone and should result in some solid selfies.The global availability of the Xiaomi Civi series is also still a mystery and we don’t know if the phone will be coming to other markets including India later.
The details about the watch is yet to confirmed but it’s confirmed that Color 2 will support over 200 watch faces and come in six different colour wrist strap versions. This watch will be the successor to the Mi Watch Color.
In 2019, Xiaomi launched the Mi Watch Color with features including heart rate tracking and sleep analysis. It was introduced in China with a price tag of CNY 799 (roughly Rs. 9,100) in Silver and Black colour option and six wrist strap options — alongside a premium alligator skin leather version. The product debuted in India as Mi Watch Revolve last year. It came at Rs. 10,999 for the single 46mm size variant.
Xiaomi has also confirmed the lauch of Xiaomi TWS 3 Pro (Ear buds) along with the watch and smartphone. These will be the True Wireless Noise Cancelling Earphones 3 Pro and the earbuds will come with active noise cancellation (ANC) and have an in-ear design with a slight stem at the bottom. Active noise cancellation is to be offered at up to 40dB. The charging case for the product is seen to have an LED light and silicon ear tips.
